Bear Thief fanart, from Toriyama's Dragon Ball. Most people probably won't remember this character, he only appears on 4 pages from the manga. As a kid I was fascinated by his design, and I loved that, at the beginning of the story, the Dragon Ball universe was full of anthropomorphic animals.
